We developed a functional identity for the Art Collective spaces fomented by the Coca-Cola Institute. In these spaces, formed by women in their majority, the materials that would be considered trash become design objects with the support and training from the asta network.
Through the principle of material reutilization, which is proper to the work of craftswomen, we created functional furnishings, like the organizing bags (made from Coca-Cola communication thrown-out tarp) and the cutting tables (made from Coca-Cola bottle plastic crates). Our biggest challenge was creating and identity that would dialog with these spaces, not only through appearance, but for their fundamental usefulness.
